I have to say this is the first vacation that I have ever felt comfortable in my swim suit. I'm not where I want to be physically, but I am closer than I have ever been, and I feel great.... Even if I have over indulged in the "vacation" food while we have been here.
It has been a great week, but I'm reay to get back home, back to the gym and back to clean eating. :)
